Hello! We got our AIP last week. How long between AIP and CoPR by email and how long until PR card?

Hello all, We uploaded some new documents through the WebForm on December 23 and yesterday on January 17. I called IRCC this morning, and on their end they do not see either of these yet, and claim that this is a reasonable delay at this time (holidays, COVID...). We did get a green "success"...
