Me and spouse received AOR today.

I called IRCC today and they said wait for AOR to be emailed... online it was showing my application was received on Aug 19 2020 ... what i understood from today's conversation is if you have application number your application is complete and ready to process ...

I have submitted citizenship application on 15th August 2020 and received on 19th August 2020...I havn't received AOR(checked spam folder too) but ECAS showing 'Application received ' status on 19th august 2020 ... What does this mean ? AOR is issued ? How i can get it ? anybody faced same...
