Unfortunately, mine was returned for such a simple mistake, and the worse thing is that they returned it after 6 months

Not yet, it's 3 months we have moved to another province so unfortunately I have to add other documents and I am waiting.

It was my parent's house back in my home country. I wrote it for my father but I forgot to write it for my mother and they had the same address
