thanks, I did that this week and included the email response to the webform raised (which did not address the reason for the webform)

Anyone with expired CoPR issued before March 2020 and still unsure of where he/she stands? I received an email from CTC-CPD-Ottawa in December with the 7pt questions to which I answered but nothing since then. Not even sure if the answers I submitted via webform was passed across to CPC-CTD-Ottawa

SO I called IRCC again and spoke to an agent who was helpful. He confirmed to me that they are way behind on webforms which is the cause of the delay. Just incase someone needs this info ...

Has anybody submitted a webform in recent times and got like the usual confirmation/ do not reply email confirming the web form was received? I raised a webform responding to COPR renewal info request (email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa) on December 23 but I've not received the usual response to webform...
