You can also check your status on BLS APPLICATION TRACKING. It doesn't show any details but it will show you if the application is under process in consulate or still kept at BLS. I hope it helps

it will take 2-3 weeks after police verification is done at local police station. We applied my husband's PCC on Jan 20th and it get shipped today. It take sapprox one month right now.
