I applied online for inland child on Oct 1st. No AOR yet.. I would like to know the progress from those using this new online portal please.. it seems very slow compared to paper based applications!

Quick question: can one start an outland application to sponsor a dependent child then get him in Canada on a TRV during processing and request to "change" the application to inland? Anyone did this before? If so, how?
