About a month and a half after the test

My background check (and other stuff) was completed only after I took my test.

My app was updated today (May 20) with all completed (May 19) and the Citizenship Ceremony in progress. It seems my oath will take place on June 13, I didn't get an official email yet but SO excited. I sent my app on Jun 4, 2020, from Toronto

I didn't receive any update from Oct 8, 2020, until I got my online test invitation on Mar 3, 2022. Tried to contact them around January 2022 but they don't accept calls and replied with a generic email about checking the online portal for updates :confused:
