@legalfalcon I just spoke to an IRCC agent who told me that criminality is not started. Two weeks ago i called twice and two different agents confirmed it was passed. My eligibility just got passed last Friday. Is it normal for criminality to go back to not started? Did the agent misread the file?

I think the old reference will still satisfy your NOC work experience requirements. ITA does not require your work experience to the most current updates, in my opinion. Take for instance if you aren't using your current employment to claim points, you will still qualify from past job experience...

Hi Harish. I submitted march 7th. I was hoping the processing times will have improved in 2021. Seems like we need to wait 90 days.
