Si ya para una visa de visitante, yo apliqué a un programa de Francisation en la provincia de Québec. Si no que ando re preocupado porque el programa empieza el 1 de febrero y hay que hacer 14 días de cuarentena en Canadá.

Did you received an email for the passport request and approval? Or did you log into your account and see it there?

I suggest you to call again. Even though they are experiencing delays, 7 weeks is far from the 20 business days. My other question for you is that have you already received the file number on top of the page when you access your file? Did you complete everything on arrima too?

Did you made a paper application or an online one? In case, I did it online and it only took 2 weeks.
