@Vanecenz588 Lucky you, I have sent the additional docs in Dec 31, 2020... and then the health doc around Jan 24, 2021... still haven't heard back once from the officer... btw, did you receive email from any officer's email or just a generic cic email? I am wondering they went so silent on me...

Thanks for sharing! Yes I am from Ottawa. The email address IRCC used was a generic one for Ottawa, not of any specific agent. Was it also the case for you? I think I have seen someone in the forum saying they received the additional doc request email from specific agent, but I might be wrong...
