What option should be selected if parents rae in Canada?

Hi All I somehow can't see the option to raise the webform with category PGP under Sponsorship anymore. There is an option for Sponsorship followed by Spouse, parents and grand parents outside Canada. Has anything changed in webform or am I missing something?

Isn't this weird? If you passed the medicals on October 01, 2019- the date of medical expiry on October 2020. They are saying its going to expire in Feb 21 which is already an extension of 5 months and is still approx. 3 months away.

Did you get a request to do medical again or extension till Feb 21?

Hi Has anybody raised a webform in last 2 - 3 weeks? Have you got any response on that?

Why do you think you will be getting a second medical request?

I would recommend doing it under Sponsorship and PGP. The reason why I say that is I haven't got any response with ' Change of Contact Info' on 2 webforms even after a month. Not sure if I am the only one who faced this issue. Or, you could raise 2 webforms one in each category.

We called the call center and got it updated. But, haven't heard back anything. Called the support center, they mentioned that though ECAS is updated, the address on file is still older one. Any thoughts? Wondering why web form isn't getting received?

Hi, waiting in DM2 since March 2020, medicals completed dec 10 , 2019. Haven't heard back anything still. Parents are in Canada on visitor visa. Is there anybody waiting in similar situation or came out of this situation recently? Please help. Raised webforms 2 times to update address to Canada...

I am in the same boat. Can anybody please advise what we should be expecting? We are getting really worried now especially with the fact that my parents 6 months stay as visitor in Canada would be ending in around March?
