have you got your passport back? mine has been in Ottawa since early Nov, I am so frustrated with this last mile of the process. every time i call or email, always getting the same response "IRCC has reduced staff due to covid, please be patient..." ugh, this wait is so unnecessary

oh man i heard you! passport delivered to Ottawa on Nov 9 - it's been over one month. any non-Canadian visa office is light years ahead of Ottawa. Ottawa process centre is a blackhole - no clarity, no communication or ambigous/non-informative (due to covid..... duh...) it's a mess in Ottawa
