@legalfalcon In the RFV email, there is an Appendix A form. Do I need to add my spouse's name there? He is already a Canadian PR.

You can use AVR and enter back from Canada to USA without stamping if you have valid I-797 and go for less than 30 days.

Hi, I need to submit birth certificate for my spousal visa application. However, it's not in English. Do I need to get it translated? Does it need to be certified in any way?

Mine is PS9799. He keeps on pushing the application by 30 days every month without working on it. Very annoying!
