They gave me the same response on web form. I think the reps. are not peoperly trained.

No update yet. Applied december 1st.

Some people recieved it in 20 days even regular process. Lockdown slowed down the process i guess. When did u recieved ur copr?

Hey, Is this your first card? If yes, Did u recieved any confirmation from landing office that they recieved your mail when u applied?

I emailed ircc to confirm if they have recieved my documents for PR card. The response is very generic but they wrote "Unfortunately we are unable to confirm the receipt of your documents". They didn't check for my documents or they haven't recieved it yet. Canada post delivered it on 1st december

Yeah probably. i thought that they stopped testing and implemented this new process.i sent an email yesterday to the landing office. Lets see if i get a response btw My landing office is also etobicoke.

Hi, I am inland applicant got CoPR email on 27/11/2020 from etobicoke landing office. No instructions regarding portal. What do guys think should i want for portal email or just send documents by mail?
