According to the IRCC you have to stay in the province for 2 years after you get you pr. If you move before that they may cancel you pr.

When you login to your application (you may see updated or profile/application updated) in application status where for now you will see submitted. Also it will be displayed only once after you login. if you refresh the page it will again start showing as submitted.
