His RO appeal was approved/ ALLOWED. His PR status stays in effect. He got the Notice of Decision and Reasons from IAD Toronto and the Minister's Counsel, right after the videocon hearing. We just don't know what the next step is for him to go back to Canada...we researched the IRB website..and...
