    Similar situation, waiting for COPR since Feb 10th. Spoke to an IRCC agent yesterday and I was informed that as per records our COPR has not been generated yet. Hopefully it will come soon for all of us.

    You can write a letter and submit a webform attaching this letter. When submitting webform you need to provide PR application ID or UCI... that is how the information provided in webform will be transmitted to your PR application. Hope that helps!
