No man pre arrival doesn't officially says that you passed the eligibility but it's a good sign and hopefully you will receive the PR soon. Even I received my pre arrival on Dec 2020 and still waiting for PR.

You must get it renewed cuz the password should be valid for atleast 6 month before the visa print. Had the same case and got the same advice.

I got my DM on Ecas on December 2020 and also pre arrival from ircc but when I recently filled the web form in reply they said your FILE IS UNDER PROCESS I don't understand what does that mean while the status shows DM on Ecas and it's been 3+ months.
