kindly guide me about ECA. my uni is an affiliated institute from UET taxila and is HEC recognized but my uni name is not in list as UET name is in list .so where to apply for ECA

Hello! i am a gracuate of electrical engineerung from CASE UNIVERSITY islamabad which is an affiliated institute of U.E.T taxila. U.E.T tacila is in list of all ECA institutions but my uni name is not in list so where shoyld i do my ECA. kindly guide thanks.
