    PoF with secured student debt

    Has anyone had success after applying for PR with PoF with Student loan? If yes, how did you show the funds that you showed? I have a 100k debt secured with property I own and some money in the bank. I can ask my father to do a Gift deed for the rest once I know how much it should be.

    Are you sure? It looks like CEC needs min 1 year experience https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/canadian-experience-class.html#minimum and the valid job offer needs to be LMIA exempt or with LMIA. PGWP is Open work permit...
