I am not in Canada when I got COPR I informed IRCC office that I am in India and they send me an email that 'we are reversing your status to foreign national' and now according to trv cancellation letter 'I am a permanent resident of canada '. I don't understand what is this ?

I got an email with copr from Etobicoke office then when I informed them that I am in India so they told me that whenever I come back to Canada send them an email till then your status is foreign national. after that nothing.

My marital status is changed to married and I have already sent out 2 web forms but they didn't ask for my wife's documents and even there are no changes in my online application. I am outside Canada so I am not able to call them and My application is approved and got COPR document as well...
