Is it normal to have citizenship test completed on tracker but background check is still in progress along with LPP ?

Any idea when IRCC ask for fingerprints if needed ? Actually I was planning to travel to my back home for a long period and fingerprints can be done in Canada only I believe.

Everything comes from Discover Canada, although I won’t be able to share any other information as it is restricted.

Test taken today, 15/20. Take it seriously guys, no website would help much. Make sure read Discover Canada properly.

Tracker says test can be done between Oct 27-Nov16, but no invitation email yet. Is it normal not to get invitation email even when you only have 3 days left for a test start date ?
