I’m in the same boat. My COPR number also shows since Jan 19 but didn’t receive my P1 yet. Did you contact IRCC or have been waiting still?

I’m in Canada. From what I’ve heard is that it takes them months to complete the background verification. Not sure what it’ll be in my case but might take 2-3 months for it to complete.

I did inform them. I uploaded a web form along with my LOA for January 2021.

My biometrics are yet to be done. I lodged my file in June end and VACs have been closed since then. However, I received my AIP but it's of no use for January 2021 intake.

Hey! I'm also enrolled for Jan 2021 intake in Bow Valley College. I've applied for the Visa but my biometrics are yet to be done. I heard that some people are getting their passport submission request without completing their biometrics. Do let me know if you have any knowledge about this.
