Thank you. It was received originally on July 30st and it was returned to us on October 23rd.

The reason was no explicit, but he submitted the IELTS results he used for PR and we didn’t realize that it said “Academic” in the document and they require “General”. So, it seems this was the reason. I submitted CELPIP and it was okay.
