Hello, Had a question regarding police clearance certificates. How does a Pakistani national get police certificate from India? My mother was born and lived uptill age 25 in India before marrying off in Pakistan. The police clearance letter has asked for all places from the age of 18. Regards

He UPdate: I was not entering the number of people included in the application correctly. This could not be pointed out over numerous emails to the IRCC and multiple phone calls.

Hello all, I just received the pre arrival and medical test letter. Application submitted in May2019, however I am still unable to link the application to the online account. Have filled out multiple web forms and always received the same generic reply about linking an application to online...

Has anyone been able to contact the call center recently? I have tried many times but does not transfer to representative and call is disconnected

what does the status change from application received to in progress mean? does it show they have evaluated for medical etc?

Well I did inform them about it. They have twice only send me guidance how to link my profile to online account. I was assuming they want me to open an account there and perhaps I can change stuff from therein.

Forgot to mention, that unfortunately my father passed away in April 2021. He was the principle applicant. I have been trying to link my application online ever since so I can mention the change in the file. Do you guys recommend doing it in any other way? Thanks in advance
