Thanks God, i received email that my envelope decision received from IRcc on Wednesday, on Thursday i received another email that my envelope decision couriered by mail to my address, Today i recieved my passport with visa and copr. Thanks everyone for your help.

Copr is confirmation of permanent residence document, they will send it in the envelope with stamped passport and you must hold it when you travel to canada to finalize landing.

It is not allowed to visit the embassy even for citizens because of covid.
