I am also waiting for a call. I can just suggest calling IRCC contact number and asking them. They won't likely have an answer, but when I had called, we found out that they somehow had the wrong contact number for me and fixed it. So if it something like that, couldn't hurt to call and check.

I got my AOR in May 2020. submitted my medical along with it. I have a dependent. I got my biometrics call, and have it scheduled, but for some reason the agent said they don't have my dependent's name; that it may be in someone else's list. I still haven't gotten a call to schedule her...
