I have also received only general reply, already raised 4 RTT web forms. Time Line: COPR expired 20th May, VO: Ottawa No specific email, Still waiting for 4 Pointers and other emails.

Congratualtions, happy for you. Would you please tell me how you booked Air Canada through Agent or Directly Air Canada Official Website. Sent RTT webforms , no 4 Pointer. Just waiting for things to move.
