Mailed them on 19th November, got reply on 23rd November, Update on CIC portal on 29th that PR card mailed and Received the card on 2nd December.

Here is my timeline: AOR: 18th October 2020 ECOPR: 26th June 2021 PR CARD: 02 December 2021 Finally it's over. :) Thanks to @Paotario. Got reply from IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and within couple of weeks recieved my PR card. :)
