I thought so too, until one of my friends who got the BIL later than me but have received the call last week. Her BIL is a month earlier than mine.

Hi guys，I received the BIL at July 23. But I haven't received the call from SC to collect my fingerprints. My CEC scores is just 459. Is that because my scores are relatively low? Some people say the call is ordered by the scores.
