1. You will get an email for sure that will state that YOU ARE A PERMANENT RESIDENT NOW. Towards the end of the letter, it will say do let us know if you are not in the country. If you are not, they will let you get ur passport stamped with permanent resident visa from your local visa office...

I am in pretty much same situation. Sent out photos on February 19th and leaving country in few days for 15 days. Let me know if you find any information regarding the scenario.

The mistake that I was making on linking my file was that I added date of COPR on date you become PR question. But, it is the date when your online application says approved on portal (usually a day or couple before COPR). Hope it helps!

Hi everyone! AOR: JULY 03 CEC INLAND Current City: Surrey Missed a call at around 1.20 pm (said Unknown caller); they called back at 3.30 to my sister’s number (number was on file somehow, in IRCC). Booked the appointment for Biometrics for Abbotsford tomorrow. hope you guys get a call soon
