    I believe if you did not pay at the time you applied PR, you'll have to wait for their instructions to come in order to make payment. Just wait and they will give you timeline for that. When did your file was received in the first place?

    Thank you for your response. As you mentioned, I tried calling but they ask for file number to proceed and that's what exactly I haven't gotten yet. Is there any other way to get some kind of light on this?

    Hello, I have applied spousal PR for my wife (outside Canada) in May 2020. No updates yet. Does anyone have clue if they started processing spousal PR again or not! As CIC mentioned they will re-start the process from October.
