Just got approved as a sponsor! File will be sent to Warsaw VO. Still no AOR, but who cares. Things are moving people, stay patient, it's coming!

Just received a biometrics request! But no AOR yet. The only issue is that my wife has already done biometrics a couple of years ago (under her maiden name), I guess they did not make the connection. How to notify them of this, I have no clue yet. Will let you guys know, maybe it will be useful...

Living and visiting are 2 different things. You are considered a Canadian resident if you live in Canada a total of 183 days or more in a year, from what I understand. I visited my wife in August for a month, and came back to Canada. Don't see how this could be an issue.
