Does Sydney issue COPR? I got DM on october 21st and when I call some officers say the file still at sydney and others that is at the local office.

DM october 22, there were COPRs on friday, not today, and not for me, LOL.

I had DM on october 22, my visa office is Vancouver. I see that many with the same date got their COPR on Friday. As the inmigration officer explained me, my copr is on a printing queue. Do you guys think my turn is close? I must be there in the queue hopefully. What do you think?

3 different people, 3 different documents, each emedical document comes with your name and your photo, the doctor even takes the photo for you, at least that's what he did to me in Vancouver.
