CIC did processed Montreal's application but seems not by received time because I have a friend applicator 2 weeks later then me but got processed(actually returned in July due to missing document)... Bit confused how CIC handle our applications...

Hi, I mailed mine on Feb.27 and received on Mar.3, I'm in Montreal, single application. Then until now no further update yet... :( --- I called CIC at the beginning of Oct., they said they're processing Jan. applications
