    Thanks. I just sent an LOE explaining the cause - university strike action in my country. Added the degree transcript and a link to my published masters thesis on the university domain. I hope I dont get burnt

    @legalfalcon I uploaded just my provisional certificate/Notification of higher degree for my Masters along with my ECA. Should I be worried or attach an LOE right now about why I dont have the Certificate? I am two months post AOR already.
