My application was also delivered on July-27 by Canada Post but I don't see any status in ECAS. I don't even see if application received or not :( :( Where did you send your application through Canada post - P.O Box Regular Mail *OR* Dorchester Street ?

How did they check your application is in the system or not ? Call representative can not tell anything unless envelope is opened at once. So how they/you could be sure that your application was opened even ? Perhaps the envelope is not yet opened .

I didn’t call them repeatedly. Actually It was the first time I called them and that was just to know if they didn’t reject the application and check that in there system.

Amazed to see how caring you are about their precious time Everyone’s time is precious so is our. It is their job to answer our call and they get paid for this service. No one is doing any charity.
