My status stuck at 'Police clearance certificate has been printed', after that no updates

I received the following from the PRAMIT customer care.

I contacted the PRAMIT customer care via email and I was told notarized passport is enough. Anyways, I have sent my package without passport, if the consulate wants my passport I’ll send it back.

Thank you for the details. I have booked an appointment with indentogo and but they available at the end of the month. I guess they are a busy. For India PCC, looks like its is fine to send out the notarised copy of the passport and not to send the original passport as such
