I think he just sent the e-mail let them know he didn’t receive the correspondence ask them resend it ,maybe u can try it.

My representative Received an email ask provide more proof relationships documents yesterday ,and he told me they sent to wrong email address before so he didn’t receive that correspondence,maybe u should send email to them ask resent the correspondence ASAP.

Did u call them? I called them yesterday,but couldn’t connect to agent ,just say something Information about my application by voice.

I’m still waiting AIP

I will call them tomorrow,because it’s been 2 weeks, me and my representative still get nothing, and I got SA September 27th but no AIP so far, I have to figure out what happened my application.
