You have to be in the range of draw. In last draw candidates were invited based on crs range of 455-467. Your crs is above the target range.

IELTS result copy is generally attached along with education documents. You can raise a webform and attach your IELTS result copy along with that.

I have submitted my application without medical as panels were not taking appointments due to instructions from IRCC. But recently they have resume upfront medicals. You can check with your IRCC panel.

Well Free world my friend Upfront medical exam is an mandatory document anyways. One can submit without it but with an LoE, for which a proper justification is required like lockdowns or unavailability of panel etc. Their is always a risk of application being rejected due to missing documents...

Let me try to answer this with my perspective. I had no other option as medicals were stopped in may and I had to submit my application with an LoE. But given the option I would have gone for upfront medical. Reasons.... A) Positivity- You can't think of medicals being expired as this stage...
