It is 30 days but working days, so it is about 6 regular weeks. Currently, according to processing times updated 25 May, it is 34 working days, so seven weeks. I am planning to travel 3 June and I landed 11 April and still no card. Hope it arrives soon.

I do not understand your confusion :). CSQ is always received before AIP, never after, because without CSQ you cannot receive AIP. According to case you mentioned CSQ was issued mid April and decision was made late April. Sounds about right
