I've already submitted the online application now.

I submitted my application online on Aug 17. I was going through the tracker spreadsheets and found out that the online application processing is going on around 2 months slower than their paper counterparts. Does anyone know why is it so? I know it's a newer system and we can't do anything...

@rajkamalmohanram I am in the same situation, signed the application in a different province while on vacation and am a little worried about it. Do you suggest explaining this in web form or not?

The height on my driver's licence is written 3 cm less than the one on my PR card. I'm not sure of my exact height but I can put it the same as my PR card. Is this a problem?

It doesn't even ask me to upload a receipt. Not even in the help option of that photograph section. I guess they are not requiring the receipts anymore.

Staples gave me the cropped photograph more like the left one in this screenshot. However I've cropped it from the original to look more like the right one with a bigger head, I'm still confused if I should upload their one or mine. Please suggest.

I don't see an option like uploading a receipt. Do I need to upload a receipt anymore since they seem to have removed this requirement?

Wow! Thanks for your detailed resonse @dpenabill. I went to the Boldt Castle, however I don't think that they entered my information as entered US and the Canadian border officer also just checked that I have valid PR card and let me in without inputting my information or swiping my PR card...

Thanks for your response @rajkamalmohanram. I went for 20 days to my home country. Does this count as short trip and should I not put my home country address for this time?

@rajkamalmohanram I have a few questions regarding this. 1. I mentioned that home country address for that trip in my PR application. Won't it be a contradiction if I don't mention it in my address history now? 2. Do you suggest mentioning this in the letter of explanation? 3. Do I mention this...

I left Canada on July 23 and reached my home country on July 25. While filling this in the address history section in the online form, it complains about the gap of 1 day. How should I mention this? Thanks!
