Your family size is 4 and that includes the parent to be sponsored. To calculate for the income, combine yours and your wife's income and make her your co-signor.

I am just curious from where are those who received an email that they are selected? Appreciate your response .

There is a message that if we do not get any email by May 8, we need to contact IRCC.

^^ Since you are married, you can ask your wife to co-sign the sponsorship.

Siblings cannot be co-signors. Only spouses/common-law spouses. A family size is need to calculate for the income. If you are single and you are the one who got selected, your sole income should meet the income requirements, otherwise you will be refused.

^Congratulations! Only 10000 out of over 95K was chosen. Makes me think that if you don't get an email right away , it is likely that you didn't get selected.
