Will sending an email to IRCC help in getting biometric appointment? I have applied for my mother in May-2020 and got the biometric request letter next day but unable to get biometric appointment in India since then.

No update. Still waiting for biometric collection to start.

Has anyone received approval on super visa recently? I applied for my mother on 15 May 2020, received biometric request on 16 May 2020 and after that there is no progress. My dad recently passed away and I want my mom to be with us asap. Any guidance in this matter is really appreciated.
