BLS does not accept application from Canada post as far as I know. Have you contacted them before sending it?

You should NOT hand write anything. As per passport, if your place of birth is "PLACE, STATE" just enter PLACE in the application. I did the same and my application was accepted.

Hello all, Purolator delivered my postal application for SC on Oct-2. However, I don't see anything when I track on BLS website. How long does it usually take to see application status in BLS. Does BLS send any acknowledge mail once application is opened? I haven't received any yet. Thanks.
