Congrats! :) How did she received the the full approval letter - by email or post? What is the next step now? Do you have to bring / or sent the passport to the VAC or to the embassy? (I believe that in CH things work as in others EU countries).

My institution is still not in the DLIs new list, but they told me that they may be approved very soon. Do you think that they are holding full approvals for those that the institution is not in the list yet?

Check on the CIC page. I will try to confirm it with the representative immigration lawyer. Anyway, we'll have to be approved on stage 2 before anything.
