Received eCoPR on Jun 17th. Submitted Picture and address on Jun 4th in Portal. Yet to receive PR card. No activity on PR card application (address and picture not approved in Portal). Tried calling IRCC multiple times and raised web form as well. No luck. Any advise? @legalfalcon

Raise a web form mentioning that Service Canada is unable to validate your CoPR and suggested to reach out to IRCC. I had the same issue - I have called IRCC and they have acknowledged the issue. They said they are going to fix the issue in few weeks. I have raised webform as well.

Thanks tsc7 for the info. Yes, My GC-Key account still shows as "Submitted". I did mention it to IRCC call center agent and they said it will be taken care of as well. How long did IRCC take to have the issue corrected in your friend's case?

Received eCoPR late night yesterday but looks like there is some issue with the CoPR as I was unable to get new SIN (Service Canada is unable to validate my CoPR) and PR card application in not created!! Called IRCC today - they acknowledged the issue and said it will take 4-6 weeks to have it...

First Portal email: May 28th (VLU, OSC) Portal Credentials: June 4th. Submitted declaration, address and photo same day. eCoPR: Yet to receive! I am not sure why OSC is handling Portal details instead of transferring to Local VO
