My University site says "Please note that in order to work off-campus, you must maintain full-time status prior to and subsequent to the scheduled breaks. I am planning to attend MEng in fall 2019 and can i take a semester off during summer 2020 and then complete my degree in next 2 semesters.Will it affect my work permit in any way?- Raghunatha Sethupathy
