Has anyone done their biometrics in Quito (Ecuador) recently? I'm wondering if anyone from South America went there for biometrics since most of the VFS/VACs in South America are currently closed. I'm planning to fly there for mine. I doubt that VACs in Brazil will reopen this year still...

Did anyone here need to upgrade their ECA Report to an ICAP Report for submitting to a Canadian university? I tried to do this upgrade on the WES Website, but it takes me to a whole new application which is not the case. I would appreciate any help on this issue.
