What're the chances of receiving an invitation to apply with CRS 427?

When an applicant submits their profile through Express entry, do they get nominated for PNP automatically? My score is 427 at the moment and I'm eligible for PNP nomination (masters stream). I'm a bit unclear about how it works, could anyone please explain it to me? Thanks

My CRS calculator score is 30 higher on the Canadian education part. When I submitted my express entry profile it does not count my Canadian education 30 points. What should I do about it? I have completed both my bachelors and masters from Canada.
